Privacy Policy
Bridgemore respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information received through inquiries and our business services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when contacting us or using our services, such as your name, email address, company, website URL, inquiry details and related documents. Please provide only information necessary for your inquiry or the agreed service.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, discuss proposals and service scope, provide agreed services, communicate with you and maintain necessary business records. We also use it to meet applicable legal obligations. Changes to the stated purposes will be limited to a scope reasonably related to the original purposes and notified to you or published as required by law. Use beyond that scope will be based on your consent or another applicable legal ground.
Service providers and third-party disclosure
We may use external services for business email, website hosting and other operations necessary to provide our services. Where personal information is entrusted to a provider, our policy is to limit the information to what is necessary and manage the arrangement appropriately. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties without your consent, except where permitted or required by law. Processing outside Japan, where applicable, is handled in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
Protecting personal information
Our policy is to manage personal information appropriately and take measures proportionate to its nature and the risks involved, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access and handling should be limited to what is necessary for the relevant business purpose. We review our handling practices as our services and operations develop.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry emails are generally retained for one year after the last response, then deleted when no longer needed. Information required for an ongoing business discussion, agreed services, legal recordkeeping or a dispute may be retained for the necessary period. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it appropriately or otherwise process it so that individuals cannot be identified, subject to legal requirements.
Your requests and contact
Please email info@bridgemore.jp to request notification of purposes, access to your retained personal data or applicable third-party disclosure records, correction, deletion, suspension of use or cessation of third-party disclosure. Tell us the request, the information concerned and a reply address. We may verify identity through the original email address or other proportionate checks; please do not send identity documents unless requested. An authorized representative may be asked to demonstrate authority. We will respond without undue delay as required by applicable law, normally by email or another agreed method, and explain any lawful refusal or limitation. Any applicable fee will be explained before processing. Requests for legally required operator information and information about personal-data handling or safeguards may also be made through this address; we will provide information as required by law without requiring it to be constantly displayed on the website.
Google Analytics and cookies
If Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is enabled, we use it only after you accept optional analytics. It measures page visits, traffic sources, approximate geographic information such as country, browser and device information, and clicks on our inquiry email link to improve the website. Google receives analytics data and processes network information including IP addresses to provide the service; this is not anonymous processing merely because we do not send names. GA4 uses cookies and online identifiers. We do not send inquiry text, names, email addresses, email-link destinations, or page URL query strings and fragments in our analytics events. Only pre-approved, non-personal standard UTM campaign values are used to identify traffic sources; arbitrary campaign values, personal identifiers and other URL parameters are excluded. We use one property for the English and Japanese pages and do not use this implementation for advertising personalization. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings when analytics is enabled. Refusal does not prevent use of the website. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days and then requested again. Google may process data outside Japan in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policy. Technical hosting logs used to deliver and protect the website are separate from optional analytics. GA4 user and event data retention is set to two months, with reset on new user activity disabled. This setting does not apply to most aggregated standard reports. Google Analytics remains off when no measurement ID is configured.
